1日の終わりは、合気道。

 

今日は、女性教室の日。

たのしくて、たのしみで、仕方がない。笑。

 

4月から、毎週水曜日の夜は合気道の女性教室の日になりまして、ドキドキしながら

合気道の女性教室の担当として、頑張っています。

 

ワクワクしてます。

 

先週から、最古参のS先生、中学生のMさん、

南アフリカ出身のRさんの4人での合気道がたのしくて、たのしくて。

Today is the day of the women's classroom.

From April, every Wednesday night is the day of the women's classroom in Aikido, and I'm thrilled.

I am doing my best as a person in charge of the women's classroom in Aikido.

 

I'm excited.

 

From last week, Mr. S, the oldest teacher, Mr. M, a junior high school student,

Aikido with four people from South Africa was fun and fun.

 

日本語と英語で話しながら、合気道体操からはじまり、基礎練をして、それから、S先生をまじえて稽古に熱が入ります。

 

今日は、3教を中心にさせていただきました。

 

それをみんなでやりながら、わたし自身がやりたい合気道の未来の姿をみえたような気がしました。

 

稽古を通じて、再確認のような

新しい発見のようなことがありまして

今日は、大変楽しい稽古になりました。

While speaking in Japanese and English, I will start with Aikido gymnastics, do basic training, and then I will be enthusiastic about practicing with Mr. S.

 

Today, I focused on 3 religions.

 

While doing that together, I felt like I could see the future of Aikido that I wanted to do.

 

Like reconfirmation through practice

There was something like a new discovery

Today was a very fun lesson.
